Gary

After 45 plus years in the computer field I decided to turn the reins over to Jim Sherrill and our capable staff. Having always loved cars, especially sports cars I now spend my time playing mostly with old English Sports Cars.
I am hoping to get my Vintage Racing License and race on some of the east coast tracks. Our Tabitha Spaniel enjoys riding with me.

Jim

I selected great parents, was born in Texas, raised in Tennessee, schooled up North, and employed at big and small companies. I revel in the fine young man whose dad I am. Helping, learning, and laughing are my main pursuits. Plus polka.

Ken

I was born in the Panama Canal Zone and after graduating High School, served in the USAF for 4 years and eventually landed in the "Scenic Center of the South", Chattanooga. I started working with Gary in 1991. Here I perform application support, also some hardware support, occasionally some programming and work with EDI claims extensively. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and church, skiing, and traveling.

Ginnie

Ginnie joined the MSA team in 2007 as a system implementation specialist and since 2010 has been manager of software support and implementation manager. She has 10+ years of experience in Management Information Systems and training. She has formal training and a degree in Computer Information Systems in addition to technical training on hardware and is an A+ certified technician. She is also a volunteer for the local PTA and chairs events for fundraising, as well as working as a volunteer advocate for families for the Family Forward Project.
 

Janelle

Janelle was hired 10 years ago as an administrative assistant and then promoted to Manager of Administration, Accounting and Purchasing for the past 7 years. She loves to analyze data. Janelle was born in Indonesia to missionary parents spending the first 15 years in the Far East. Some of the things that bring her great joy is being around her twin grandsons, working on puzzles using logic (such as Sudoku and Griddles), and being in her hammock.

Pam

Pam has been employed with Medical Software since June 2002 as Administrator Assistant. She has been married to her husband for 39 years, has two children, and five grandchildren. Her husband is a lead pastor with Cross Connection Church and she is very involved with the ministry.

She has no real hobbies, but enjoys being with her family, loves spending special times with her grandbabies and helping others.
