Clinical Data Systems was founded in 1991 by Gary Higbee as a spin-off of his regional forms company, the Association Connection. This company supplied specialized forms to the medical industry. Gary saw an opportunity to combine his 25 years of computer knowledge with a good practice management system; the company became an authorized dealer for Medical Manager.

In 2003 we began operating as Medical Software Associates, serving customers in several states. We were and are authorized to represent the Henry Schein Medical Systems MicroMD product, providing practice management and electronic records. Currently we also represent and support EDI ClaimManager, Aprima, DRS, dashboardMD, Dragon Medical, and other products.

We exist to provide and support the best products for medical practices. The scope includes practice management, electronic medical records, document imaging software,  appointment confirmations, electronic data interchange (EDI), and claims management systems. In addition to our distinctly medical products, we offer complete computer network installation and support, actively monitored backup, antivirus, and other IT solutions.
